Aura, simply speaking, is the energy field that surrounds all matter. This energy is manifested in various layers, representing
health, personality and, mental and emotional state of the individual. The different colours represent the state of a person's
well-being. These colours are not unlike the colours of the rainbow. In fact, when we comment that a person is glowing, it
is actually their aura they are reflecting.
The word "aura" evokes a sense of mysticism
and the supernatural in a person. A strong aura, resulting in positive energy fields, will reflect in a person's physical
and spiritual well-being. It is no wonder then, that spiritual and religious leaders such as Jesus Christ, Buddha, Krishna
are often depicted with a halo around their heads, depicted as a glow. This glow is their aura and is starkly visible due
to their heightened spiritual well-being. It was this very aura that drew their followers to them.
People experience aura everyday without even
knowing about it. It manifests itself in certain sounds, smells and colours. It is the aura due to which some rooms are more
comfortable and relaxing than others and the reason why we instantly like some people and dislike others.
Your
aura is also not entirely your own. Every time we come into close contact with other people, an exchange of auric energy may
occur. The more people we are in touch with, the greater is the energy exchanged. Every aura has its own unique frequency.
This is why we get along best with those people, whose frequency is closest to our own. This meditation technique is practiced
daily to keep your aura (bio-plastic body/energy field) strengthened and purified. You can feel the energy of love by the
strengthened aura.
