MEDITATION
INTRODUCTION:

 
Meditation is a process performed to look within or turning  our attention inward. Meditation beckons us to unravel the greatest mystery of life. When we meditate, the silence of the senses illumines the divine power within.
 
No matter who we are, what we do, what we have, each of us has inherent power to meditate. Once this power is ignited thro' meditation, it naturally deepens and draws us to the goal of self-realisation.
 
Our intellect is covered with ignorance(maya); this ignorance is eliminated by the power of meditation. It is like removal of dust on the mirror to get the real image.
Certain things can not be explained in words, but it has to be experienced by the individual.


MEDITATION TECHNIQUES:    The following four techniques will fullfill the basic requirements in our daily life, provided these techniques are followed regularly and sincerely:

1) Chakra Meditation
