BREATHING MEDITATION:

Breathing exercise helps to eliminate the toxins ( in subtle form) in the body and makes free from mental disturbances.
Initially,sukha pranayama is explained to understand to practise different cycles of breathing exercise.
 
I. SUKHA PRNAYAMA:
 
1) Sit in a comfortable position and close your eyes;

2) Inhale deeply and exhale deeply;

3) Allow your body to relax from top of your head to the tip of your toe;

4) Inhale deeply, close the right side and exhale deeplly thro' the left side of your nose;

5) Inhale deeply thro' the left side by closing the right side and exhale thro' the right side by closing the left side of your nose;

6) Keep repeating this for atleast fifteen minutes and open your eyes with a smile.
